  1. I’m incredibly narcissistic.
  2. When eating, I tend to bring my face to the food, rather than bringing the food to my face.
  3. This not only means I eat with less mess, but that I eat much faster than most people.
  4. On the one hand, I’m one of the least picky eaters around.
  5. On the other hand, I find a lot of food to be very bland and uninteresting.
  6. My feet point almost perfectly straight when I walk.
  7. I’m not short but not tall
  8. I’m overweight, but I hide it well
  9. Most of the time, I’m satisfied with the way I look
  10. I like my current job more than I’ve liked any job I’ve ever had
  11. I often wonder how on earth I manage to make people think I know what I’m doing
  12. I’m horrible at keeping in touch
  13. I’m pretty good with remembering birthdays and holidays, though.
  14. I like to cook
  15. I can seldom devote the time to cooking I wish I could
  16. I often wish I didn’t have to worry about making well-rounded or filling meals, since most of my best cooking ideas involve small, meatless meals and snacks.
  17. I am rather obsessive about cleanliness
  18. I clean floors by getting on my hands and knees and scrubbing.
  19. I positively hate wet mops.
  20. When I’m cleaning the house, I tend to make a big project out of it.
  21. Despite this fact, I tend to do it regularly, and thoroughly
  22. I find cleaning house to be calming and satisfying, and often wish I could devote more time to it.
  23. I think this points to my need to own a home.
  24. The money I should be saving for a home tends to get spent on music, food and DVDs these days.
  25. I’m addicted to Ebay.
  26. I rarely find music I want in regular chain record stores anymore.
  27. I think I derive as much pleasure out of owning music as I do listening to it.
  28. That statement can easily be transferred to just about everything I own, if you substitute “listening” with “using”.
  29. I always feel like I never have enough time to do what I want to get done.
  30. I always overestimate how much money I can save.
  31. I’m on high-blood-pressure medication
  32. Sometimes I think I need it because of my tendency to unnecessarily stress over everything, rather than because of my genetic predisposition for heart disease.
  33. I’m far less computer-literate than I wish I were.
  34. Nonetheless, I’m a certified gadget-lover
  35. I’m also a Mac supremacist.
  36. And a Sony supremacist.
  37. I dabble in investing
  38. Most of my investments involve small-cap stocks and savings bonds
  39. I feel lots of admiration for self-made men, or those who have created immense wealth in their own lifetime.
  40. I despise men who live off an inheritance rather than putting it to a worthy use or investing it.
  41. Nonetheless, I don’t think that the government (or anyone not specified in the wishes of the deceased) should get a single dime of anyone’s inheritance.
  42. I have studied three different foreign languages
  43. I never got any good at any of them
  44. I really regret not having the patience or constitution to really become bilingual.
  45. But I still want to eventually become more linguistically versatile.
  46. There are few foreign places I want to visit.
  47. Most of those few are English-speaking countries.
  48. The others are either in Eastern Europe or Latin America.
  49. I won’t be upset if I never see Western Europe, Africa, or Asia.
  50. But I’ll be very upset if I never see Sarajevo or Mexico City.
  51. I don’t mind sharing my bed as much as I thought I would.
  52. I actually tend to sleep better now than when I slept alone.
  53. I also tend to be better at going to bed on time
  54. All said, I think living with David has been good for my health.
  55. Looking back, I’m often amazed at how little I had in common with other people I’ve been in relationships with.
  56. I’m still often amazed at how much I have in common with David.
  57. I feel more comfortable living with David than with my own parents.
  58. I have assorted issues with my parents.
  59. Most of it stems from an intense desire to control one anothers’ lives.
  60. I think I finally overcame most of my side of that equation when I moved out of my home town and stopped worrying about fulfilling their expectations of me.
  61. They still exhibit their own side of it every time I communicate with them, though.
  62. I still think that my family is more functional than many.
  63. I think people place too much emphasis on family relationships today.
  64. Though I understand the roots of that emphasis, especially when looking at more primitive cultures.
  65. I think most people would prefer the primitive cultures to the modern world.
  66. I wouldn’t.
  67. I am pretty satisfied with the time and place in which I was born.
  68. I’m an atheist.
  69. I am a rather bigoted atheist – I tend to care very little for spiritual or religious people.
  70. At the same time, I’m rarely inclined to argue my viewpoint with spiritual or religious people – unlike them, I’ve nothing to gain by converting others.
  71. I think most social phenomena such as religion and politics are rather silly and childish.
  72. I think military protocol is the most extreme example of this silliness.
  73. I think discipline and strength are most sincere when exercised in solitude.
  74. I think this also applies to such things as intelligence, sanity and survival ability.
  75. I support the death penalty
  76. I don’t think drugs or suicide should be illegal
  77. I think the modern welfare state is evil because it gets in the way of natural selection.
  78. I think, in general, people are where they are by choice.
  79. This includes the abused, the poor and the un(der)employed.
  80. The older I get, the more right-leaning I get.
  81. This may have something to do with the accumulation of government arrears on my paychecks.
  82. I don’t think the government should be involved in the economy in any way.
  83. I think most political commentary is useless.
  84. The parts of the news I read the most are the weather, comics, food sections, and world news.
  85. Especially the weather section.
  86. This fact reinforces my assertion that the west coast of North America has the only tolerable weather on Earth.
  87. Aside from the news, I tend to read quite a bit.
  88. Most of what I read is non-fiction.
  89. The only reason I’m likely to read a novel is because I have some sort of fixation on the particular author.
  90. There aren’t many authors that cause this sort of fixation.
  91. My favorite type of books are travelogues.
  92. My second favorite types are urban history and geography.
  93. I often think I’d like to get additional education.
  94. I have both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
  95. If I were to get more education, I’d probably get a second Master’s or go to law school.
  96. The longer I wait, the less appealing law school gets.
  97. I tend to think highly of myself.
  98. At the same time, I’m often insecure about my abilities.
  99. I think that just means I seek perfection.
  100. I think it’s pretty impressive that I finally did this list.
